Your role in the team
As a Work Planner (Werkvoorbereider), you're the one who ensures everything is in place for smooth operations out in the field. You plan, coordinate, assign resources and personnel, and make sure everyone knows what to do. You prevent delays by thinking ahead and identifying potential issues before they arise.

Whether it’s maintenance, repairs, or project work – your structure and approach give others the confidence to do their jobs well. And that’s deeply rewarding.

What you bring

• Experience as a work planner or in a similar technical role.
• Strong technical insight and organizational skills.
• Great communication abilities – you know how to engage people effectively.
• Accuracy and responsibility – you prefer to work in a structured way and keep the overview.
