For our client, we are looking for a Project Manager E&I in Veghel. In this role, you will be responsible for your assigned project from the moment the order is received. The projects mainly involve additional work that arises from large-scale renovation and new construction projects in infrastructure and hydraulic engineering. This creates a diverse workload with multiple smaller projects running simultaneously.


It is crucial that you maintain full control over your projects while ensuring the desired quality.
In addition to managing projects, you will also assemble and oversee operational teams, guiding them where needed. You will manage budgets, ensure financial performance, and step in when necessary to make adjustments or corrections. You will maintain frequent internal and external communication with clients to ensure smooth and efficient project execution.


What We Are Looking For
We are looking for a candidate with the following qualities:

  • A technical HBO degree or equivalent working and thinking level;
  • Proficiency in both Dutch and English;
  • Assertiveness—the ability to quickly adapt to project changes and anticipate issues in a timely manner;
  • Strong social skills, leadership abilities, and the capability to maintain professional relationships;
  • A results-oriented approach with a strong sense of responsibility.
