As an Engineer, you are the bridge between the customer and technology. Your focus is on transforming customer requirements into functional designs that are both technically sound and commercially viable. You play a key role in designing, calculating, and constructing specialized installations, working closely with various project teams. Together, you ensure innovative and reliable solutions that exceed expectations.

What You’ll Be Doing


In this role, you will be responsible for developing design principles and technical specifications that comply with the latest industry standards. You will:

  • Perform complex technical calculations and create detailed design and working drawings.
  • Identify and process design modifications throughout the project.
  • Maintain clear communication with project leaders and stakeholders.
  • Monitor the progress of the engineering process and coordinate permit applications and approvals when needed.
  • Provide functional leadership to a team of draftsmen, designers, and constructors within your project team.
  • Contribute your expertise to improving work processes within the design department.

Your technical insight and problem-solving mindset ensure that your designs are both technically outstanding and customer-oriented.


What You Bring

  • A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field, complemented by additional courses.
  • Experience in technical design and calculations within installation engineering.
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
  • A structured and detail-oriented way of working, with a focus on quality and cost efficiency.
